At Justice Mr. 420, we want every customer to have a positive shopping experience. We take pride in offering merchandise that represents individuality, creativity, and culture.

1. General Sales Policy
All merchandise sales are generally considered final.
We do not offer exchanges for incorrect sizes ordered by customers, changes of mind, or personal preferences.
However, we accept exchange requests for merchandise that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Exchange Eligibility

4. Returning Original Merchandise
Justice Mr. 420.com reserves the right to determine, on a case-by-case basis, whether the original merchandise must be returned before an approved exchange is completed.
If a return is required for an approved claim involving damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled merchandise, customers will receive return instructions and a prepaid FedEx return shipping label at no additional cost.
Customers should not return merchandise without receiving return instructions.
5. Exchange Shipping Costs
Justice Mr. 420 will cover shipping costs associated with approved exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled orders.
This includes:
Shipping replacement merchandise to the customer.
Providing a prepaid return shipping label when the original merchandise must be returned.
Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees for approved exchanges.
6. Unavailable Replacement Merchandise
If the original merchandise is unavailable, Justice Mr. 420 will work with the customer to determine an appropriate resolution.
Available options may include:
Selecting a comparable replacement product.
Waiting until the original merchandise becomes available again.
Requesting consideration for a refund on a case-by-case basis.
The customer must approve any substitute merchandise before shipment.
7. Refund Policy
Refund requests are evaluated individually based on the circumstances of the purchase and the nature of the customer's concern.
Refunds are not automatically guaranteed.
When a refund is approved, Justice Mr. 420 will initiate the refund to the customer's original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Additional processing time may be required by the customer's bank or payment processor before the funds become available.
