Who Is Justice Mr. 420?
Justice Mr. 420
The Host With All The Smoke
Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Justice Mr. 420 is more than a hip-hop artist — he is a storyteller, entrepreneur, visionary, and independent music executive whose artistry blends spirituality, survival, street realism, and poetic truth into a powerful musical experience. Also known as “Justice Mr. 420 The Host With All The Smoke,” his music bridges the worlds of conscious rap, Southern hip-hop, West Coast influence, gangster rap, R&B, and inspirational music while maintaining a sound that is authentic, versatile, and emotionally relatable.
From high-energy party records to spiritually reflective storytelling, Justice Mr. 420 creates music rooted in real-life experience. His lyrics are layered with emotion, ambition, pain, hustle, loyalty, elevation, and freedom — all delivered through vivid poetic expression shaped by a lifelong love for writing. Long before stepping into the music industry professionally, Justice began writing poetry as a child after discovering inspiration through the wide variety of music played in his household by his mother, who recognized his talent early and helped get his poetry published in local newspapers and magazines.
That same passion evolved into songwriting when he wrote his first full, structured song, “Slow & Easy,” inspired by Zapp and Roger Troutman’s classic record of the same name. His ability to naturally structure songs through poetic storytelling became the foundation for the artist he would later become.
Inspired by legendary artists such as Stevie Wonder, Will Smith during his “Fresh Prince” and “Big Willie Style” eras, Tupac Shakur, Devin The Dude, UGK, and Juicy J of Three 6 Mafia, Justice Mr. 420 developed a sound that moves seamlessly between soulful reflection, street wisdom, Southern energy, and motivational substance.
Behind the music is a man shaped by both hardship and growth. Experiences involving family struggles, the absence of a true father-son relationship, navigating life choices tied to crime, and the realities of being a Black man in America all contributed to the depth and perspective within his music. Rather than allowing those experiences to define him negatively, Justice transformed them into motivation — using music, business ownership, and entrepreneurship as tools to build generational wealth and inspire others to do the same.
What separates Justice Mr. 420 from many artists is his dedication not only to the creative side of music, but also to the business side. Fully independent, he owns and operates Justice Williams Publishing while also working in partnership with Warr Hoggz Records. His experience signing and later losing a major publishing deal became one of his greatest lessons — teaching him the inner workings of the music industry and ultimately empowering him to build his own publishing company from the ground up.
Throughout his career, Justice has performed at music festivals, opened for notable underground artists from Dallas and Houston, and released professional music videos featured on platforms including VEVO, TIDAL, and Apple Music. His debut album, Major Moves, Plays, & Ways, marked the beginning of his official catalog, while his return to music has introduced a new era through his EP Justice Mr. 420 “The Host With All The Smoke” and the upcoming album Therapy Session.
Outside of music, Justice continues expanding his entrepreneurial vision through Earl Kelly Designs, a stoner-inspired merchandise and visual design brand that reflects his artistic identity and lifestyle culture.
The name “Justice Mr. 420” itself represents dual meaning: a lifelong campaign for justice and equality for Black men in America, while also advocating for understanding and acceptance surrounding cannabis culture and nature’s healing leaf. His brand aesthetic combines smoke-filled atmospheres, luxury visuals, underground warehouse energy, street realism, and cinematic storytelling — creating a visual and sonic world uniquely his own.
At its core, Justice Mr. 420’s mission is bigger than music. His goal is to build a movement centered around inspiration, ownership, independence, spirituality, entrepreneurship, and community — while leaving behind a lasting legacy for future generations through both music and business.
“Justice Williams Publishing — Built From Independence.”
